新形势下普通高校函授教育发展的对策研究

多年来,普通高校高等函授教育规模的持续扩张已引出不少问题,主要是:投入明显滞后于规模的扩展;高等函授教育资源的过度开发利用,导致资源萎缩,持续发展难于为继;教育质量难于保证,社会认同度下降等。因此,当前应积极采取调整招生规模、适度发展,加强教学管理,规范函授站建设等措施,确保函授教育质量和和可持续发展,使函授教育为经济发展社会进步作出应有贡献。

On the Counter - measure to the Development of Correspondence Education of the Universities in New Situation

In the past years, quite a few problems have occurred in the continuous enlargement of the correspondence education in universities and colleges, such as the investment lagging behind the scale, excessive exploitation and utilization of the sources of higher correspondence education resulting in shrinkage of resources and stagnation of sustainable development, and declination of teaching quality causing the lowering of the social acknowledgement. Therefore, those measures such as adjusting enrollment scale, enforcing teaching management, and regulating the building of correspondence stations shall be taken to guarantee the quality of correspondence education and its sustainable development so as to make contribution to the economic development and social progress.
