| 摘 要： | 高校领导班子建设直接影响高校能否认真贯彻党的教育方针和高等学校各项事业的快速发展。高校必须围绕党的十六大精神,坚持科学发展观,以构建和谐社会为宗旨,着力建设高素质的领导班子和干部队伍,努力提高各级领导班子和领导干部水平。高校领导班子建设必须确立明确的标准,加强思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、人事制度建设,把高校领导班子建设成为具有战斗力的和谐团结的班组。

| Abstract: | The construction level of the leadership in colleges and universities directly influences whether colleges and universities can seriously carry out the education policies of the Party,promote rapid development of their various causes and make due contribution for the education cause of the Party or not.The construction of the leadership in colleges and universities must establish clear standard,strengthen the construction of thought,organization,work style and personnel system.Only by doing so can the leadership in colleges and universities be built into the collectivity of strong fighting strength,harmonization and unity. |
