学生干部的角色意识对学生成长具有重要作用，因此必须通过学生干部轮换制、竞聘上岗、发挥学生社团作用，社会实践等多种形式创造合理的学生干部任用机制，培养学生的责任感、自尊自重心理、竞争心理及促进学生的相互理解及进行正确的自我评价。
