| 摘 要： | 研究生创新能力的培养是高等学校研究生教育质量的关键。本文针对高校研究生创新能力培养中的学校校园创新氛围、研究生导师的培养与考核、创新的研究生日常管理制度等几个问题进行了讨论,提出了一些能为我国高等学校研究生教育中创新能力的培养提供启迪的思路。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of innovative ability for graduate students is the key to graduate students education. Several aspects of innovative ability cultivation, including innovative atmosphere, evaluation of supervisors and daily management of graduate students, are discussed. Some ideas that would be beneficial and useful for the cultivation of innovative ability of graduate students are provided in this paper. |
