| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是我们一切工作的服务指南。在新的形势下,高校要实现思想政治教育的创新,必须以科学发展观为指导,以学生为本,树立德育为先的思想观念,形成全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的格局;强化以理想信念为教育的核心;坚持改革创新,不断探索大学生思想政治教育的新思路,新方法,新途径。
