How to make the archives work fit in with the needs of administrative structural reforms of colleges and universities is more important, quality of the archivists is the key factor. Therefore, only to improve the administrative means and methods, enhance the quality of archivists can we play fully the due role of archives, make a contribution to the higher education cause of our country. |
