| Abstract: | This paper discusses the significance and advantages for the tertiary institutions to develop the scientific research industry,analyzes the present situation and the problems in developing the university-run scientific research industry.The paper argues that the scientific research industry should be developed on the tertiary institutions basis by constructing the professional team and giving a full play of the scientific gardens attached to the tertiary institutions. |
