| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,人们越来越注重家庭生活的质量,无可否认,只有妻子和丈夫的关系平等、民主、相互信任,才能成就家庭的美满幸福。从男女平等视角来分析,当今家庭不和谐的主要因素有不公平的家务分工、家庭暴力、对女婴的歧视等,探讨了和谐家庭的特征和表现,并提出一些相应的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | With the social development, people pay more attention to the quality of their family life. A family is happy only when there is equality, democracy and trust between husband and wife. The paper, in the perspective of male-female equality, analyzes such causes for family disharmony as unfair housework division, family abuse and prejudice against girl babies, and thus puts forward corresponding measures. The paper also discusses the features of harmonious families and accordingly gives some suggestions. |
