| 摘 要： | 中国传统体育文化"顺应自然、天人合一"、"崇德尊礼、贵中尚和"、"重义轻利、诚信守诺"、"形神相亲、表里相济"的思想观念潜藏着人与自然、人与社会、人与人、人与自身的和谐意蕴.深入发掘传统体育文化和谐意蕴的潜在价值,努力做到古为今用,对推动构建社会主义和谐社会的进程、遏止竞技体育出现的不和谐现象、引导人们形成身心和谐发展的整体健身观有着积极的作用.
