广东农田水利基础设施建设的问题及建议

随着城市化、X-业化水平快速推进,广东粮食产需缺口仍将进一步扩大。解决广东粮食安全问题的保证和前提是建设良好的农田水利基础设施。广东农田水利基础设施经过十几年的投资建设已经取得显著成效，但是其建设和管理中依然存在一些问题，这些问题制约着广东农业的发展．影响着广东粮食安全．因此，应从思想上重视农田水利基础设施建设．加大政府各级部门的资金投入力度，探索农田水利基础设施经营管理的新体制．

The Infrastructure Construction of Farmland and Water Resources in Guangdong Province:Problems and Countermeasures

As the urbanization and industrialization go fast, the need for grains in Guangdong seems extremely insufficient. But how to exploit potentialities to guarantee the need for grains in Guangdong？ The prerequisite lies in the good farmland and water resource facilities. There have been great achieve- ments in the infrastructure construction of farmland and water resource facilities in Guangdong over the past decade, but there still exist some serious problems in its construction and development, which in turn influence the security of grains in Guangdong. Therefore, we shall devote more attention to the in- frastructure construction, invest more funds in it and try to explore the newer system of management of it.
