| 摘 要： | 在发达地区农村，普遍的趋势是收入较高者向镇上迁移，相对低级收入者留在村里，农民大多希望自己的土地被征用。农民、企业、政府都是有使农村边缘化的动力，这种动力源自农村的价值不能被社会承认，更不能通过市场或政府的转移支付来实现。

| Abstract: | It is a general trend that people with higher income in developed rural areas migrate to towns while lower-income ones remain in villages and most farmers expect their land to be expropriated.Farmers,enterprises and governments are all the driving forces of the rural marginalization,which come from the fact that the value of rural areas is unacknowledged by the society or is hardly achieved through the market or government transfer payment. |
