《圣经·旧约》中的“被拣选者”

"拣选"是《圣经.旧约》中一个重要的概念。一部《旧约》就是神不断"拣选"的历史,也是众多被拣选者的历史。被神"拣选"的对象主要有四类:敬神远恶者、弱小卑微者、女人(尤其是不孕的女子)和异族。他们或是神给世人树立的榜样,或是神迹的见证者,而神迹的显示使神的存在更加权威、更加具体,从而显出神的大能,让愚顽不化的人转心向神。所有被拣选者,都是神用来救赎人类的工具。
