| 摘 要： | 城镇化进程中,农村社区教育承担着培养新型农民和提高转移人口素质的双重任务。但福建省农村社区教育还存在认识不到位、管理体制不完善、教育资源缺乏整合等问题,分析提出(1)加大宣传力度,强化对农村社区教育的认识;(2)以科学发展观为指导,强化职业技能培训;(3)以灵活实用的短期培训为主,完善农村社区教育形式;(4)完善农村社区教育管理体制,有效整合社区教育资源;(5)分类指导,稳步增加农村社区教育经费投入等若干建议,以不断提高农民素质,促进农村社区稳步发展。
