| 摘 要： | 在环境危机日益严重的情况下提出了环境伦理与可持续发展,它的提出为人类解决环境问题提供了新的思路。鉴于目前水资源面临的严峻考验,从可持续发展环境伦理观的角度对水资源问题,尤其是对我国用水量最大的农业灌溉用水的节水问题进行了讨论,提出了一些降低农业用水量,提高用水率的对策。
