| 摘 要： | 南京工程学院电气工程及其自动化专业具有悠久的办学历史，在办学过程中，它始终坚持面向电力行业的办学理念，紧随社会的发展适时调整人才培养方案和知识结构，重点抓好七个环节，尤其在实践教学方面构建了多层次的实践教学体系，为培养应用型本科人才探索出一条自己的路子。

| Abstract: | The specialty of Electrical Engineering and Its Automation of Nanjing Institute of Technology has a long history. In the process of training talent, the Department of Electrical Engineering always keeps to the guild-orientation of serving power industry, adjusts the training program timely to the social needs, pays attention to seven key links, and most importantly designs a system of multilevel practice teaching. Therefore, it blazes a trail for training the practical type of graduates for power industry. |
