| 摘 要： | 如何开拓我国的住宅市场，是当前保持国民经济持续增长的一个重要话题。在分析了我国住宅建设发展较快的主要原因的同时，从供给、需求和住宅市场几个方面论述了住宅产业未“热”起来的原因，提出加大房改力度，加快货币分房的步伐，调控住房售价．规范房地产金融体系，尽早出台《住宅法》等对策建议，目的是为了推进我国住房制度改革的进程，发挥住宅产业在国民经济中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | How to develop the real estate market in our country is an important topic for maintaining national economic increase at present. This article, while analyzing main reasons of quicker development of house construction in our country, demonstrates why real estate is not in great demand with respect to supply, demand and house market and brings forwards such proposals as to deepen the housing reform, speed up house distribution in currency, adjust and control selling price of houses, standardize real estate banking system and issue "House Law" as soon as possible. The purpose is to bring the real estate into active play in national economy. |
