| 摘 要： | 人才市场的需求与竞争,迫使我们在民办二级学院办学、专业方向和拓宽学生就业渠道等方面进行研究,寻找对策。文章在进行了一系列调查、分析和比较的基础上,提出了将LCCIEB商务文秘、商务管理资格证书与专业方向有机结合的设想,对民办高校英语专业人才培养模式进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper indicates that in the current competitive job market non-governmentally funded colleges(NGFC)have to take some actions in terms of school-running,specialty and job prospect for their students.Based on a series of investigations,the author comes up with a sugges-tion that some module courses in LCCIEB such as secretarial administration and private secretary could be introduced into English major program available now so that the educational model of English major program at NGFC becomes more practical. |
