| 摘 要： | 罗斯福上台伊始就建立了田纳西河流域管理局,该机构对当地水资源和土地资源进行有效的开发与利用,不仅改变了当地过度浪费资源的情况,而且解决了当地的一系列社会问题,改善了当地的经济结构,影响巨大。
