天津市成人高等教育发展现状及对策研究

成人高等教育历经了漫长的历史发展以后,至今已形成了较为完善的教学体系,也构建了一套相对完善的理论体系,但从目前看成人高等教育的发展现状还没有完全成为整个教育的半壁江山,因此无论在理论上还是在实践上都应进行创新性的研究。以天津的成人高等教育为主要研究对象,实现与现代化大都市相匹配的成人高等教育结构调整,建立起一个开放、灵活、高效的成人高等教育体系具有重大的现实意义和历史意义。

Present Situation of Development and Study of Countermeasure of Adult Higher Education in Tianjin

Adult higher education goes through a long history of development and now forms perfect teaching system and theory system. But up till the present moment the development of ult higher education has not been half of the country of education.So we must go on blazing new rails both in theory and practice. We must take adult higher education of Tianjin as a main bject of study, adjust the its structure to mate the modern city and built an opening, flexible, effective adult higher education system. It has important practical and historical significance.
