| 摘 要： | 战时大本营是甲午战争时期日本天皇亲自主持的战时最高统帅机构。它不仅在甲午战争时期,而且在此后的日俄战争和太平洋战争中,一直发挥着对外侵略的核心作用。新世纪,对于揭露日本军国主义侵略本质,加强我军建设,具有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | As the supreme command orangization directly manipulated by the emperor of Japan,Wartime Headquarter once played a key role in the overseas aggression during the Sino-Japanese War(1894-1895), Japan-Russian War as well as Pacific Ocean war. A review of this issue in the 21st century will contribute a lot to our military construction and also lead us to further expose the aggressive nature of Japanese militarism. |
