| 摘 要： | 邓小平农业两个飞跃思想不仅对过去农村改革和发展具有重要的指导意义,而且对于当前社会主义新农村建设仍具有重要的现实意义。正确认识和实践邓小平的这一重要思想,就是要在稳定家庭联产承包责任制的基础上,积极探索发展农业规模经营的有效途径,发展集体经济,实现农业改革和发展的第二个飞跃。 |

| Abstract: | According to Deng Xiao-ping,there are two great leaps in the course of agriculture development.As it was a great guideline for China's agriculture reform and development in the past,it's still an important guideline for building a new socialist countryside.To correctly understand and implement such a thought,proper means of large-scale agricultural management on the basis of household contract management should be explored and the second great leap of agriculture development be achieved. |
