| Abstract: | Based on the investigation in southem part of Jiangsu Province,the article analyzed the population structure,features of living evironment and existing problems in this area,and those unfavorable factors of social reality affecting the healthy growth of the youngsters in the transforming period. It also put forward some ways to strengthen the positive education of youngsters. |
