| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济一体化和中国加入WTO,企业必须研究在激烈的市场竞争中如何生存并更好地实现全球化战略.而中国的民营企业将如何迎接经济全球化挑战,这是一个值得关注的课题.运用SWOT分析方法,根据民营企业自身的优势与劣势、所面临外部环境的机会与挑战等因素进行分析,从参与全球竞争的视角审视民营企业的竞争能力.

| Abstract: | With the economic globalization and the WTO entry of China,the enterprises must study how to survive in the cruel market competition and how to achieve the economic globalization. It is an attention-worth problem that how the private enterprises of China face the challenge of economic globalization. Based on SWOT analysis,i.e., analysis on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats,this paper examines the competitive ability of the private enterprises from the angle of paricipating the global competition. |
