| 摘 要： | 领导干部依法行政能力的建设状况直接关系到党的执政能力建设能否在国家行政系统得到有效的落实。本文从党的执政能力建设与领导干部依法行政能力的关系出发,首先对领导干部依法行政能力的内涵及要求进行了分析,继而讨论了领导干部依法行政的四种能力以及三种观念,最后阐述了提高领导干部依法行政能力的途径和必须处理好的关系。

| Abstract: | The condition of the construction of the administration abilities of leading cadres according to law directly relates whether the construction of the ruling abilities of the Party can be practicable effectively in the state administration system.This article,starting from the relationship between the ruling abilities of the Party and the administration abilities of leading cadres according to law,analyzed the intension and requests of the administration abilities of leading cadres according to law at the beginning,then discussed four abilities and three concepts the administration abilities of leading cadres according to law,and expounded the ways and well-handled relationships of the administration abilities of leading cadres according to law in the last. |
