05方案实施以来江西高校思政课建设的成就、问题及对策建议——基于对江西本科院校的调查分析

05方案实施以来，各省思政课建设情况如何，备受中央和社会的关注。为此，本课题组在2009年对江西省高校进行了为期4个月的调查统计，认为江西高校思政课师资队伍进一步优化、学科建设迅猛发展、科研工作大踏步前进、人才培养质量显著提高、组织构架进一步合理、教学效果明显改善，但也存在整体发展水平不高、高校之间发展不平衡、教学效果不够理想等问题。要解决这些问题，需要加大高层次人才引进和培养力度、增加高等教育投入、加强以学科建设为龙头的内涵建设、深化教学改革、加强高校之间的交流，以促进江西高校思政课建设整体水平的提高。
