质量知识价值链分析和质量改进与创新研究

提出了质量知识价值链并论述如何利用质量知识实现质量改进与创新。首先分析了质量与知识关系的研究现状,指出目前的研究还没有系统化的将知识管理的理论与方法应用于质量管理,初步探索将知识价值链理论应用于质量管理,描述了质量知识价值链的各个环节和构成要素,借助战略地图思想,论述了质量知识价值链如何促进质量改进与创新,提高组织核心竞争力。

A Study of Quality Knowledge Value Chain and Quality Improvement and Innovation

This paper proposes a quality knowledge value chain to show that how the quality knowledge leads to quality improvement and innovation. Firstly, a review is made of the literature about the relationship between quality and knowledge. However, these researches provide little insight into what it means to effectively deploy quality management. Based on knowledge value chain theory, we put forward a quality knowledge value chain. Then the elements and details of the chain are analyzed from quality activity perspective. Finally, in order to make clear the function of quality knowledge value chain, using Kaplan and Norton's balanced scorecard strategy map, we discuss the relationship among the chain, quality improvement and innovation and core competitiveness.
