论社会公正及其实现

现代化建设过程中的中国在市场经济不断发展条件下,社会利益的分化和多元化引起了社会构成因素的多元化及利益群体的多元化,从而引发了社会利益如何分配问题.社会公正自然而然地成为人们所关注的现实热点问题.本文在全面理解公正、社会公正的基础上进一步分析了社会主义公正原则及其特征,进而提出社会主义市场经济条件下中国的社会公正的实现途径.

On Social Justice and Its Realization

With the devlopment of Chinese market economy in the course of Chinese modermization, the divided and pluralized social interests lead to the pluralization of the social constructing factors and interest groups which in turn gives rise to the question of distribution. Naturally social justice becomes a question of general concern. This paper, on the basis of a correct understanding of justice and social justice, analyzes the principles and characteristics of socialist justice and further proposes the way of realizing social justice in China under the condition of socialist market economy.
