| 摘 要： | 针对集团客户贷款给银行带来的风险问题,采用分析的方法,对集团客户利用关联企业绕过政策限制等各种不正当手法获取银行信贷,银行对集团客户信贷资金的管理也存在着贷前风险意识不足,贷后管理不到位等若干问题。提出商业银行对集团客户统一授信,利用各种渠道获取真实信息,减少关联企业相互担保,加强贷后跟踪管理。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the risk problem of the group client lending giving the bank,using the analysis method,the paper studies on some problem that the group client illegally obtains bank loans using all kinds of means such as through related parties and commercial bank has some problems in the process of credit investigation and management of loans.It puts forward that commercial bank should unite together to grant the credit quota to the group client,make use of all means to obtain true information,lessen the guarantee between related parties,and strengthen the management of group client lending. |
