| 摘 要： | 服务型政府是一种全新的政府治理模式,也是我国政府转型与行政管理体制改革的目标。公民社会在构建服务型政府中发挥着重要的推动作用。改革开放以来,我国的政治、经济和文化环境发生了转变,一个相对独立的公民社会慢慢成长起来。本文以公民社会为视角,分析了公民社会在服务型政府构建过程中的功能定位,在此基础上,提出了培育公民社会,构建服务型政府的路径选择。
