| 摘 要： | 慈善公益是社会治理的主要内容和实现途径,同时也是地方政府和异地商会谋求发展的双重需要。新疆异地商会在长期的公益慈善实践中逐步形成了自身特点,也面临着需要解决的问题。随着社会需求的多元化发展,进一步扩大慈善救助范围,提高慈善队伍专业化水平,强化社会责任意识,规范慈善行为是今后新疆异地商会慈善公益事业的发展趋势。
