| 摘 要： | 运用产业组织理论中的SCP分析框架“结构—行为—绩效”，分析我国五星级饭店的发展现状，揭示我国五星级饭店产业组织内部的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效三者之间的关系、影响因素以及存在的问题，提出五星级饭店优化产业结构和提高产业绩效的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the SCP analysis framework from industry organizational theory,namely“structure-conduct-performance”, the development situation of five-star hotels in China is analyzed. Then,the relationship,influencing factors and the existing problems among the market structure,market behavior and market performance are revealed,which is the five-star hotel industry in China at present within the organization. At last,suggestions about how to optimize industrial structure of five-star hotels and improvement of the performance of industry are put forward. |
