外来农民工社会保险模式研究

目前，农民工群体已经成为经济建设中一支重要的产业大军，带来的社会效应同样显著，在社会保障领域尤为突出。在外来农民工的社会保险问题上，深圳、上海等地分别出台了地方政策，形成两大模式的同时也供各地借鉴。通过在苏州的调研，根据目前农民工普遍存在的特征，指出了农民工社会保险存在的三个问题，即实施过程中的问题、城镇社保体系固有的问题、以及外界制度环境的问题，同时认为解决农民工社会保险问题必须依靠当地经济优势和文化背景优势，以此推进农民工社保建设。

A Study of Social Insurance Pattern of Rural Migrant Workers

Rural migrant workers have played an important role in today's society,especially in the field of social security.
