| 摘 要： | 运用期权的观点和方法研究项目区域投资问题具有重要的现实意义.在衡量投资区域机会价值的基础上,分析了项目区域投资的期权特征,建立了项目区域投资决策的实物期权模型,为实际中的多区域投资决策问题提供了一种量化分析方法.

| Abstract: | It is of great practical meaning to study the problem of project region investment by using the options idea and method.The options character of project region investment is analyzed by exploiting the value of investment region chance.A project investment model based on real options is introduced and it can provide a quantitative tool for practical multi-regions investment decision-making. |
