| Abstract: | English is a multi-parts-of-speech language. There are many words of polysemy. In this paper the author concludes systematically, and introduces the usage of conjunctions appearing to be participles (present participle and past participle of verbs) in order to help the readers to comprehend correctly the senses of the above-mentioned words and improve their reading ability. |
