| 摘 要： | 在概括农业旅游资源内涵和黑龙经省农业旅游资源概况的基础上，提出了黑龙江省农业旅游资源开发的对策：依法照章，合理规划；立足当地，因地制宜；以农业为主体，整合资源；分阶段开发，注重美观；深层开发，确保特色；适度开发、保护环境。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition of agro - tourism resources and the general situation of Heilongjiang Province, the writer proposed measures for the agro - tourism resources exploitation ： programming rationally in accordance with the rule of law, adjusting measures to local conditions, coordinating the resources with the agriculture as the main part, exploitating gradingly and regarding beauty, exploitating deep -seatedly and guaranteeing feature, exploitating moderately and protecting environment. |
