| 摘 要： | 图书馆员职业读书，对提高图书馆服务水平具有重要的现实意义。读书是图书馆员的职业需要，是提高图书馆价值服务的需要，更是提高自身素质的需要。因此，图书馆员除了要读专业书外，还要读经典名著，读某一学科的书；要养成良好的读书习惯，要用“心”读书，把读书贯穿在服务中。 |

Besides the academic books of their major,the librarians should read classical books and books of a certain discipline so as to serve the readers better. |
