| 摘 要： | 师资培养作为高职院校获取人才的重要途径之一,在实施过程中不同程度的存在重引进轻培养、考核体系不完善、教师无序化管理等问题。在分析存在问题及原因的基础上,结合工作实践提出了高职院校师资培养的策略。 |
