| 摘 要： | 操作风险广泛存在于银行经营管理的各个领域,是银行面临的基础风险之一。在某国有大型商业银行一级分行的内部调研和清查数据的实证调查研究基础上,发现人员因素引发的损失事件发生频率较高,风险程度较高;人员性操作风险具有普遍性、低频高危性和高频低危性等特点。人员素质是影响人员性操作风险管理的核心。关注员工行为特征、加强风险意识引导和技能培训、岗位匹配管理,以及做好应急预案是基层商业银行人员性操作风险管控的应对之策。

| Abstract: | Operational risk is one of the fundamental risks,which is underlying most areas in the banks’ operation and management.Based on the data collected by inner investigation and work check,firstly I give an analysis of status quo of retail banks of a state-owned commercial bank in China and then present the characteristics of personal operational risk.Finally I conclude the solutions to deal with the personal operational risk. |
