Labor relationships under different enterprise property rights systems

A new issue in China's ecoromic reform is how to handle and manage scientifically the their labor relationships with enterprises of various types.This paper, with enterprise property rights as its core, makes an analysis respectively of the labor relationships in state owned enterprises, privately owned enterprises, and those enterprises with middle of the way nature, and arrives at the conclusion that the root cause of the differences in labor relationships and in management thereof is no other than the differences in enterprise property rights systems. Accordingly, the author holds that the key to improving labor relationships and normalizing labor management lies in the shaping of contemporary enterprise systems.
