| 摘 要： | 通过历史和宏观的研究视角,以新制度经济学为基本理论依据,构建了一个中国农村金融制度安排效率性的基本分析框架,并从中国农村金融制度激励主体的适应性和激励客体的相容性两个层面考察了中国农村金融制度的效率性,主要着力点在于解决对农村金融制度的政府替代逐渐淡出问题。基于此,设计了一个良好的农村金融制度的激励结构,以期完善农村金融产权制度及解决加大农村公共品供给和推进农业保险等问题。

| Abstract: | From the historical and macroscopic viewpoint and on the basis of the new system economics,a basic analysis structure is given on the efficiency of Chinese rural financial system.According to this structure,the problem is analyzed from the two levels: the adaptability of the subject and the consistency of the object of stimulation with the replacement of the function of government in rural financial' system as the 'key.Therefore,a stimulation structure of rural financial system is designed so as to perfect the rural financial property right and solve the supply of rural public products and the promotion of rural insurance. |
