| 摘 要： | 从静态的、工业化的视角看,西藏国有企业的现代化程度依然较低;但是从动态的、生产关系的视角看,西藏国有企业则取得了非常高的现代化成就.在向现代化变迁的过程中.西藏国有企业主要依赖了三种力量;而生产关系的变革则是其实现现代化变迁的基本前提.

| Abstract: | From the static perspective of industrialization,the degree of modernization of Tibet,the state-owned enterprises are still low;but from the dynamic relations of production perspective,the state-owned enterprises of Tibet have gained high modern achievements.Changes to the process of modernization of Tibet,the state-owned enterprises are mainly dependent on three kinds of power;and changes in the relations of production is the change to modernize its basic premise. |
