| Abstract: | The management of human resources,being the heart of modern enterprise management,requires to strengthen the building of manag-erial mechanism and system of human resources in enterprises by starting from the target and characteristics of human resources management in enter-prises and utilizing mechanisms of guidance,competition,incentive and restriction,to adopt effective measures and managerial countermeasures so as topromote the improvement of the quality and efficiency in managing human resources of modern enterprises. |
