中国城镇化发展的观点辨析与理论研究

新型城镇化道路．对新时期中国经济社会的发展意义重大。传统的城镇化建设在中国存在不可持续性，必须走有质量的新型城镇化道路。当前新型城镇化的核心是城市化，即实现衣村转移人口市民化。因此，新型城镇化过程必须解决好房地产、户籍制度、土地制度、金融体系等相关的诸多问题，为此制定科学的产业促进政策，实现产城互动发辰；促进基本公共服务均等化，调整房地产市场策略，满足新市民的生活需求；提高素利用效率，转变域市发展方式，实现有质量的城市化。

Analysis and Theoretical Research on View of Chinese Urbanization Development

Abstract： A new path of urbanization is of great significance to Chinese economic and social development in new period. The traditional urbanization construction in China are unsustainable, therefore we must have the quality of new urbanization path. Currently the core of the new type of urbanization is urbanization, that is, real- izing the transfer of population urbanization. Therefore new urbanization process must solve real estate, house- hold registration system,land system,financial system and relevant problems. We must achieve interactive de- velopment of production industry and city in order to develop scientific industry policy; adjust the real estate market strategy in order to promote the equal public services and meet the demand of the citizens in new life; improve the utilization efficiency of elements, and transform the mode of city development in order to realize the oualitv of urbanizntion.
