个性化、创造性与知识经济时代的人才观

摘    要:人才的最大特点是创造性,人才观的最大特点是与特定的社会和生产方式相适应.传统社会人才观的根本局限是对人的个性不够重视,因而人才所共有的核心素质不是创造性.知识经济将是21世纪的主流经济模式,个性化与创造性将作为最重要的因素突显出来.其中,个性化是人才观的前提,创造性是人才观的导向,人才将在知识经济时代具有更大的兼容性、适应性和创新力.

Abstract:Creativity characterizes qualified personnel, and the attitudes to them characterize its harmony with a given society and its production mode. What the traditional attitudes lack to qualified personnel is an affirmation of individuality, which leads to a quality of which the core is not creativity. Knowledge economics is beginning to take the lead in 21st century economics, and individuality and creativity the most important components of which the former serves as a prerequisite of the attitudes while the latter the guidance. With this new era approaching, qualified personnel are to be more adaptive, creative and versatile.
