| 摘 要： | 中美两国的高等法学教育是两种不同的法学教育。美国高等法学教育是世界上理论教学与应用教学结合得较成功的法学教育 ,表现在法学教育与法律职业相统一 ;法学教育的起点高 ,针对性强 ,培养目标切合社会要求 ;课程设置科学合理 ,专业设置符合社会需求 ;案例教学注重学生参与 ,考试方法灵活客观。在这些方面 ,我国高等法学教育都有不同程度的差距 ,需要借鉴改进。

| Abstract: | Higher law education in China and America ar e two different kinds of l aw education.American higher law education is a rather successful combination o f theoretical teaching and applied teaching.It shows the unity of law education and law vocation.Law education has a high beginning,is well aimed at and has training aims for social demand.It has scientific and reasonable courses and sp ecialties for social demand.Case teaching highlights the students' taking part in.The examination methods are flexible and objective.In all these ways our co untry's higher law education falls short in different degrees and needs to draw lessens for improvement. |
