论中国经济法学史分期标准和界点

研究经济法学史,恰当确定分期标准和界点是非常重要的.目前学术界对经济法学史的分期有两种代表性的观点,但这两种观点的划分标准均有不妥之处.应选择以"研究范式"为分期标准,确定分期界点;应以经济法文献为基础,以经济法理论确有变化为前提.据此分析,1978、1984、1985、1986、1992均不是界点,经济法学史应以1993年为界点划分为两个阶段.

On the Standard and Boundary Point of Historical Phases of Economic Law of China

It's very important to establish a proper standard and boundary point for historical division when we research the history of Economic Law. There are two representative views on the historical division of Economic Law in present academic circle. However, the two views on the division standard are not appropriate in some aspects. The Research Model should be chosen as the standard for division. The boundary point should be based on the documents of Economic Law and the great changes in the theory of Economic Law. Therefore, instead of 1978,1984,1985,1986 and 1992, 1993 should be chosen as the boundary point to divide the history of Economic Law of China into two phases.
