大学生的社交焦虑及其与自我和谐的相关研究

采用交往焦虑量表（Interaction Anxiousness Scale，IAS）和自我和谐量表（Self Consistency and Congruence Scale．SCCS）对318名大学生进行测试，结果表明，大学生社交焦虑的程度高于常模；在性别、专业、是否独生子女以及学生来源等维度大学生社交焦虑状况均不存在差异。但是。担任学生干部的大学生的社交焦虑程度明显低于没有担任学生干部的大学生；大学生社交焦虑与自我和谐的总分、自我与经验的不和谐、自我的灵活性之间均存在极其显著的相关。

Social Anxiety of College Students and Its Self-consistency and Congruence
