| 摘 要： | 通过简要地分析传统教育的弊端、培养创新人才的意义以及大学的职能,提出了一流大学要培养一流人才、而一流人才应该具有创新精神和能力的观点.在此基础上,本文还着重讨论了有关落实大学创新教育的几点思考.

| Abstract: | With the brief analysis on the shortages of the traditional education and the significance of training the innovative person and the functions of the university, the suggestions that the top ranking university should bring up the top ranking people who must owe the innovative spirit and ability were put forward. Based on what described above, several viewpoints about the innovative education which should be put into effect in the university were emphasized and discussed in this paper. |
