| 摘 要： | 民国初年,湖南政局动荡,战乱不已.兵燹水旱交乘,导致疫疠肆虐,民不堪命,1919 -1920年即是其中疫情较为严重的时期.瘟疫暴发除了季节气候和水旱灾害等自然原因之外,与兵祸匪患及社会陋习等社会原因也有极大的关系. |

| Abstract: | Hunan political situation was turmoil and war was endless in the early years of Republic of China.The alternate outbreak of war damage,floods and drought led to rampant plague and people’s hard surviving.1919-1920 was the much severely epidemic period.In addition to the natural reasons such as seasonal climate,floods and droughts,the plague outbreak had a great relationship with the social reasons of war damage,banditry and social corrupt custom. |
