当代中国学术期刊的文化生态批判

学术期刊的文化生态与学术共同体的生态状况是紧密相关的,当前学术共同体浮躁和不端的现状已引发了学术期刊文化生态的危机。作为"守门人"的期刊编辑,为此做了很大的努力,但深深地感到对学术期刊文化生态失衡抗争的无奈。学术期刊文化生态的净化必须依赖学术共同体的生态治理,因此要改进学术管理体制和学术评价机制,完善法律和学术规范,加大惩治学术不端行为的力度,提高违法违纪学术不良行为的成本。能否借鉴我国道路交通管理那样设立一个有作为的学术行为"交警部门"来管理学术共同体,优化学术期刊的文化生态。

The Criticisms of Cultural Ecology in Contemporary China Academic Journal

It is closely connected between cultural ecology of academic journal and ecological status of academic community.Currently,the situation of improper and dishonorable weakness in academic community leads to severe challenge in cultural ecology of academic journal.As the "gate keeper",chief editor has made great efforts to improve this situation;however,the unbalance in the academic journal’s cultural ecology still exists.To purify the academic journal’s cultural ecology must rely on the ecological management of academic community.Therefore,academic management system and academic evaluation system must be improved,the academic legislation and statues should be developed,punishment for academic dishonorable behavior needs to be emphasized,and the cost of undisciplined activities must be increased.The author also attempts to point out that there might set up an organization,which conducts as the function of "traffic police department" on the road traffic management,to supervise academic community so as to optimize academic journal’s cultural ecology.
